Vending Machines at No Cost to Your Business
Qualifying locations across Greater Atlanta get vending machines installed, stocked, serviced, and repaired without paying for the equipment, the delivery, or the maintenance. G2 Vending Solutions earns its margin on product sales, so the machines pay for themselves and your facility budget is not involved.
This is the standard arrangement in the industry, but the terms vary a lot between operators. Here is exactly how ours works.
What No-Cost Placement Actually Includes
- The equipment. Snack, beverage, or combo machines, delivered and installed at no charge.
- Installation and removal. We handle placement, setup, and haul-away of any machine we replace.
- Stocking. Product is bought and owned by us, restocked on a schedule set by your usage.
- Service and repair. Our technicians, our cost, including parts.
- Payment systems. Card readers and mobile payment, maintained and updated by us.
- Remote monitoring. We see stock levels and faults without waiting for someone to report them.
There is no placement fee, no monthly equipment charge, and no service contract billed to you.
What Qualifies a Location
The honest answer is that volume has to support the route. In practice, that usually means:
- Roughly 40 or more people on site during a regular shift, or steady public foot traffic
- An indoor location with standard power access
- Reasonable security, meaning the machines are not exposed overnight in an unsecured area
- A location within our Greater Atlanta service footprint
Smaller sites are not automatically out. Multiple small suites in one building, or a few nearby locations under the same management, often add up to a viable route. If you are close to the line, ask.
Questions Worth Asking Any Operator
- Who owns the product? If you are asked to buy inventory, it is not a placement, it is a supply deal.
- What is the restocking schedule, in writing? Vague answers here become empty machines later.
- Who pays for repairs and parts? This is where hidden charges usually appear.
- Can we change the product mix? A fixed planogram means your team eats what the route already carries.
- What is the term and how do we exit? Ours is a one-year agreement with automatic renewal and a straightforward exit.
Our guide to choosing a vending machine company covers this in more detail.
